- Prepare and serve food items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Collaborate with food service team during daily operations and special catering events
- Interact professionally with children, staff, and guests while providing excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in setting up and breaking down food stations for events and daily service
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and HACCP protocols
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies
- Report equipment malfunctions and operational issues promptly to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or hospitality certification preferred
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant operations desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
- Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
