- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food service areas and equipment
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Operate food service machinery safely and according to protocols
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and retail teams to optimize service workflows
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
