Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of the food service facility to ensure seamless meal service.
- Lead, train, and mentor frontline service staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Monitor and enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP/NEA standards).
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering and waste reduction initiatives.
- Address customer feedback promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency and quality presentation.
- Prepare accurate daily sales and operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, or institutional catering environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commit to a Monday to Friday schedule.
