Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for food service staff covering safety protocols, service standards, and operational procedures
- Create engaging training materials including manuals, presentations, and visual aids aligned with company standards
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance during training sessions, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design targeted training solutions
- Conduct regular refresher courses to maintain high service quality and compliance with health regulations
- Implement innovative training methodologies to enhance staff engagement and knowledge retention
- Track training metrics and maintain detailed records of staff certifications and progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training curricula
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service training or supervisory role within hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP), service standards, and operational workflows
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to deliver engaging training to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in developing interactive training materials and multimedia presentations
- Experience in assessing training needs and measuring program effectiveness
- Certification in food safety management (e.g., ServSafe) or equivalent preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
