Join Lume Capital Pte Ltd as a Food Stall/Kiosk Manager and lead our dynamic food service operations in Singapore's vibrant Central Region. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader to oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities, ensuring seamless execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations including staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and service standards
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory control, supplier relationships, and cost-effective procurement
- Drive sales initiatives through customer engagement and upselling techniques
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food stall/kiosk or high-volume hospitality management
- Proven track record in sales-driven environments and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and operational best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid food handling certification preferred
