You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring our high-quality products are front-and-center in the foodservice landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new foodservice accounts including restaurants, catering services, and hotels.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Conduct professional product presentations and food demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement managers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide strategic feedback to the management team.
- Ensure timely order processing and provide excellent after-sales service to drive account retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (at least 2-3 years) as a Sales Executive in the foodservice, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice distribution network and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a significant advantage.
