In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, ensuring that important documents, parcels, and corporate communications are delivered promptly and securely throughout the busy corridors of Makati City and BGC.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with the terrain, comfortable navigating high-traffic business districts on foot, and committed to providing professional service. If you are organized, time-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents, letters, and small packages to designated departments and client offices.
- Navigate efficiently between office buildings in Makati and BGC areas on foot.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with office staff, security personnel, and clients.
- Keep accurate logs of all deliveries, including timestamps and recipient signatures for audit purposes.
- Ensure that sensitive information remains confidential and secure during transit.
- Coordinate with dispatchers to confirm receipt of items and report any delivery delays or issues immediately.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and pedestrian traffic regulations.
- Assist with basic office errands or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
- Willingness to work within the BGC and Makati City business districts.
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila landmarks, office building locations, and transit routes.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual with a strong sense of urgency.
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English and Filipino.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience as a messenger, courier, or field agent is preferred but not required.
