Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept sketches to mass production.
- Analyze shoe construction methods to improve durability, comfort, and performance.
- Conduct rigorous material testing and quality assurance on prototypes and final batches.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate aesthetic concepts into manufacturable realities.
- Optimize manufacturing workflows to reduce costs and increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Footwear Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of footwear materials (leather, synthetic, rubber, foam) and assembly techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
