Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex foreign exchange and interest rate derivative trades with precision and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and counterparties to drive business growth.
- Analyze global economic trends and market data to provide expert pricing recommendations.
- Assess and mitigate trading risks in real-time to protect the firm's capital.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk management and compliance.
- Prepare daily reports and market commentary for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and trading, specifically within FX or Fixed Income markets.
- Strong understanding of derivative instruments, including swaps, options, and forwards.
- Proficiency in financial software such as Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon, or Excel (VBA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM are highly desirable.
