Join Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad as a Foreman and lead critical maintenance operations for heavy machinery and equipment in our estate operations. This hands-on role requires expertise in servicing and maintaining specialized equipment including tractors, wheelbarrows, hydraulic pumps, and other industrial machinery. You will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and optimal performance of all assets while mentoring technical teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance schedules for heavy machinery including tractors, hydraulic pumps, and wheelbarrows
- Coordinate equipment repairs and service activities to minimize operational downtime
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for all estate machinery and vehicles
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for equipment maintenance
- Train and mentor technical staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and performance assessments
- Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment upgrades and modifications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and supervision
- Certification in mechanical engineering or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and agricultural machinery
- Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams
- Valid forklift and heavy machinery operation licenses
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues independently
- Familiarity with estate/agricultural operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
