PT. Barito Pacific Lumber is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreman Civil to join our expanding team in Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah. As a key member of our on-site operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily civil construction activities, ensuring that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with strict engineering standards.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing site crews and subcontractors while maintaining rigorous quality control and safety protocols. You will act as the primary point of contact between project management and field operations, ensuring project timelines are met and resources are utilized effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily civil construction and infrastructure activities on-site to ensure work aligns with technical blueprints and project schedules.
- Lead and mentor field crews, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and professional development.
- Monitor and manage construction materials, equipment, and resources to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and bottlenecks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate daily progress reports, safety logs, and attendance records for project documentation.
- Ensure all civil works are performed according to company SOPs and government regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor in heavy industry, forestry, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, soil mechanics, and heavy equipment operation.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, technical plans, and structural schematics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse on-site teams.
- Proven commitment to OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Ability to reside on-site in Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah.
