PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Foreman for Civil and Road Maintenance to join our expanding mining operations in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our infrastructure integrity, leading field teams to ensure site road networks, drainage systems, and civil structures are maintained to the highest industry standards.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, managing daily field activities with a primary focus on operational efficiency, hazard mitigation, and team productivity. You will collaborate closely with engineering and site management to execute maintenance schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure all works comply with mining safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise civil maintenance field teams in daily operations to ensure road network integrity.
- Develop and implement daily work plans for road grading, drainage cleaning, and slope stabilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure 100% adherence to Mine Safety and Environmental (K3L) regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with equipment operators to optimize heavy machinery utilization for road maintenance projects.
- Manage team performance, provide technical guidance, and ensure all staff are properly trained and equipped.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management regarding progress, material consumption, and equipment availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in mining civil/road maintenance.
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment operation and road construction techniques in a mining context.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural field teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading civil engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Valid SIM BII (Heavy Equipment License) is highly preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and incident prevention.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
