Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production floor activities to ensure output targets are met according to schedule.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of production operators to maintain high productivity levels.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with the production manager to implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed shift reports and production logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in brick or construction materials production.
- Proven leadership capabilities with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and industrial maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and production blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/computerized reporting systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules.
- Professional certification in manufacturing or engineering is an added advantage.
