Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily MEP installation activities across industrial sites
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams for project milestones
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and technical specifications
- Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage material inventory and resource allocation efficiently
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce skill development standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years MEP foreman experience in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Advanced certification in mechanical/electrical/plumbing trades
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Ability to read complex technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
