- Supervise daily on-site debranding and dismantling activities at gasoline stations
- Coordinate team workflows and assign tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and environmental standards
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and report to management
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Manage inventory of tools and materials for debranding operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in oil/gas or construction/demolition
- Certification in industrial safety management (OSHA/DOLE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of debranding and site dismantling procedures
- Ability to read technical blueprints and engineering specifications
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical capability to work in outdoor environments
- Proficiency in project management software
