Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies using advanced monitoring tools and techniques
- Lead a team of technicians in executing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential failures
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production departments to minimize operational disruption
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and new technologies
- Continuously improve maintenance processes and documentation systems
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and monitoring tools
- Certification in predictive maintenance or reliability engineering is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in both Indonesian and English languages
