PT Giraffe Group Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for the daily execution of our construction projects, ensuring that every task meets our high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between architectural plans and physical execution, maintaining clear communication with site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure project schedules are met according to the master plan.
- Coordinate and direct the work of subcontractors and site laborers to optimize productivity.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure strict compliance with K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) standards.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure materials are used efficiently to minimize waste.
- Manage on-site inventory of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
- Maintain daily site journals and prepare progress reports for Project Managers.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues that may cause project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Possess a valid Sertifikat Keahlian (SKA) or Sertifikat Keterampilan (SKT) relevant to construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting project specifications and structural designs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills in Indonesian.
- Willingness to be stationed at project sites in Bali.
