Join our client, a leading multinational oil and gas company, as a Forensic Audit & Investigation Specialist. This critical role involves conducting comprehensive forensic audits and investigations across upstream, midstream, downstream, and LNG operations. You will be responsible for identifying financial irregularities, implementing robust compliance frameworks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in one of Indonesia's most dynamic industries.
As a hands-on professional with a keen eye for detail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate potential fraud, financial misconduct, and compliance breaches. The position requires extensive travel to various operational sites, offering a unique opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to the complexities of the oil and gas sector while contributing to organizational integrity and transparency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive forensic audits and investigations across oil & gas, LNG, and downstream operations
- Identify potential financial irregularities, fraud, and compliance breaches through systematic analysis
- Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and internal controls
- Collaborate with legal teams and external auditors during investigations and regulatory inquiries
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies and ethical business practices
- Monitor industry regulations and ensure organizational adherence to evolving compliance requirements
- Travel extensively to various operational sites to conduct on-site investigations and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFE certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in forensic auditing, internal audit, or investigation roles
- Proven experience in the oil and gas, LNG, or energy sector is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and international compliance standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present complex findings
- Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse operational environments
