Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts (including counterbalance and reach trucks) to safely load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-start and post-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and proper functionality.
- Manage inventory accuracy by conducting regular stocktakes and organizing storage areas according to company protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily production and logistics targets efficiently.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including palletizing and packaging, when not operating heavy machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift license (SKM Level 2 or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and forklift handling.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer literacy.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work full-time shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
