People Profilers is looking for a talented Forklift Driver / Warehouse Assistant to support our operations in Tuas, West Region. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of $2,250 to $2,350, plus opportunities for overtime pay. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for efficient stock handling, safe forklift operations, accurate inventory control, and general warehouse support. In this role, you will be tasked with operating forklifts to move materials, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts. You will also assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. We are looking for someone who is proactive, physically fit, and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment. Overtime may be required from time to time, so flexibility is important.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize materials in the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and checking incoming stock against delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and perform regular cycle counts.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support warehouse team in general duties such as housekeeping, organizing storage areas, and maintaining equipment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Work overtime as required to meet operational needs and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift license (e.g., Singapore forklift license) with at least 1 year of operating experience.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
