Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
- Transport materials to designated warehouse or production areas according to work orders and delivery schedules.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of material movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by strictly adhering to 5S and safety standards.
- Properly secure loads and follow all safety protocols to prevent product damage or workplace injury.
- Work closely with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college education in a related field is an advantage.
- Valid professional driver's license (Restriction codes 1, 2, 3). Forklift operation certification or NCII is a strong plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations, hazard identification, and best practices.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25 kg), stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends when required.
- Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
