Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring the proper handling of goods to prevent damage or loss.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts in designated storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including sweeping, organizing, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse managers, drivers, and team members regarding stock levels and delivery schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Forklift Operator License (License to Operate) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment in a warehouse setting.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and perform manual labor as required.
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations, OSHA standards, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising safety.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, logs, and inventory reports.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
