- Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Perform pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on industrial equipment
- Stack and organize materials efficiently while adhering to storage protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking documentation
- Follow strict safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate material handling activities
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Optimize loading/unloading processes to maximize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and material handling protocols
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments
