Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas and retrieve items as requested by supervisors or team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to prevent accidents and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of the forklift to verify mechanical safety, functionality, and hydraulic systems.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and production teams to meet production deadlines and shipping schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the warehouse manager.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid and up-to-date forklift operator license (Certified/Restricted License).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, OSHA standards, and material handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
