Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, and stage goods accurately to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift machinery to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by logging stock movements and transfers.
- Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and free from safety hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics and production teams to coordinate material needs.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid and current Forklift Operator License (SIM A or Skill Card).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods as required.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and hazard identification.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime during peak production periods.
