Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stack materials/products accurately according to logistics protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure routine maintenance requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through precise scanning and manual documentation.
- Follow warehouse safety guidelines and OSHA standards to prevent workplace accidents.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Assist in organizing warehouse stock to maximize space and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational certification is a plus.
- Valid Forklift Certification/License is required.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and accident prevention.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Good spatial awareness and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
