First Primesteel Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our growing team in Milaor, Camarines Sur. As a key member of our logistics and manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and organization of materials to ensure smooth production workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials, finished goods, and raw components throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Load and unload delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform inventory counts as requested.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company-specific protocols.
- Assist in general warehouse duties including packing, scanning, and organizing inventory when not operating machinery.
- Report any mechanical issues or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation and logs are updated and accurate.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience operating a forklift (Sit-down, Reach truck, or Counterbalance).
- NCII Certification in Forklift Operation is highly preferred but not required if the candidate has substantial verifiable experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work full-time shifts as required by production needs.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and logistics workflows.
- Good spatial awareness and attention to detail to prevent product damage.
