Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse and production areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure the forklift is in optimal working condition.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in order verification.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clear aisles for safe navigation.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain clean and organized work zones in compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Support logistics teams by meeting productivity targets for material movement.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Forklift Operation Certification (NCII or equivalent) is strictly required.
- Proven experience operating reach trucks, sit-down, or stand-up forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA-compliant practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in varying temperature environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Residency in or proximity to Compostela, Cebu is a distinct advantage.
