As a Forklift Operator at Maersk, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our logistics hub. You will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that operations run smoothly. We pride ourselves on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and yard areas.
- Ensure that all goods are stored correctly according to inventory management systems and safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety checks on the forklift to ensure the machine is in safe working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock reconciliation as required by supervisors.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, damaged goods, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics coordinators to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Forklift Operator Certificate (ITEC/CITB/WSQ) is mandatory.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work 5 days a week (Rotational shifts may apply).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and reporting tools.
- Must be willing to undergo a medical examination.
