- Safely operate reach trucks and material handling equipment in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Load/unload palletized goods from trucks and storage racks with precision
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of warehouse activities
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA/compliance standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure proper stacking and organization of goods in cold storage areas
Kualifikasi
- Valid forklift operator certification with reach truck specialization
- Minimum 1-2 years warehouse or cold storage experience
- Strong understanding of material handling equipment operation
- Ability to work in cold environments (4°C) for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures for refrigerated goods handling
- Basic inventory management system familiarity
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25kg and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
