This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly by providing top-tier after-sales service, preventative maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting for our fleet of forklifts.
As a Forklift Technician at franky, you will be the face of our technical excellence, managing everything from initial installations to complex mechanical repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections on various forklift models.
- Execute complex troubleshooting and diagnostics for hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems.
- Conduct professional installation and commissioning of new equipment at client sites.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding equipment operation and daily maintenance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure accurate documentation of all service reports.
- Respond promptly to after-sales service requests to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3/SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment or forklift maintenance.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, internal combustion engines, and electric forklift controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/B) and willingness to travel to client sites within Cikarang and surrounding areas.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Good communication skills to effectively assist customers with technical inquiries.
