Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct extensive research and development of new chemical formulations for advanced manufacturing applications.
- Optimize existing formulations to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance with evolving industry standards and regulations.
- Perform rigorous analytical testing and quality control of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including formulation specifications, test methods, and regulatory reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Ensure all formulation activities adhere to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Stay current with emerging technologies, innovative ingredients, and market trends in chemical formulation and material science.
- Troubleshoot formulation-related issues and provide expert solutions to optimize product stability and efficacy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in chemical formulation, R&D, or product development within a manufacturing or technology-focused industry.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of chemical principles, analytical techniques, and raw material properties.
- Proficiency in operating various laboratory equipment and instrumentation relevant to formulation and testing.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information.
