Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize formulations for food beverages, powdered products, health supplements, and traditional medicines
- Conduct research and testing to ensure product efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with R&D team to create innovative product prototypes and improvements
- Document formulation processes, test results, and technical specifications
- Stay updated on industry trends, raw material innovations, and regulatory requirements
- Scale formulations from lab to production while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams for smooth implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of formulation experience in food, supplements, or traditional medicine
- Strong knowledge of formulation principles, raw material properties, and processing techniques
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for health products and food safety standards
- Proficiency in product development lifecycle and quality control protocols
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in testing and documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
