Are you a hands-on engineer who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world business application? Google Cloud is seeking a talented Forward Deployed Engineer II to join our specialized GenAI team in Singapore.
In this high-impact role, you will act as a technical bridge between Google's most strategic enterprise clients and our internal product engineering teams. You won't just be advising on architecture; you will be embedded within client projects, building, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, and Google’s proprietary cloud infrastructure.
Your mandate is to accelerate the transition of GenAI models from experimental prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems that solve complex enterprise challenges. Fluency in Thai is required to effectively support our key strategic partners in the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Embed with strategic accounts to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI workflows.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and production systems on Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide expert technical guidance on model tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and latency optimization.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to influence the Google Cloud AI roadmap based on real-world customer feedback.
- Develop scalable integration patterns using Google Cloud services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run).
- Troubleshoot complex technical blockers and provide rapid, high-quality engineering solutions for client-facing issues.
- Maintain high-level documentation and lead technical workshops for partner engineering teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional fluency in both English and Thai.
- Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models or GenAI applications in a production environment.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data processing pipelines and vector databases is highly preferred.
