Join Google's pioneering Forward Deployed Engineering team as a GenAI Manager and lead the charge in transforming industries with cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll manage a dedicated team of AI engineers responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade generative AI systems on Google Cloud. You'll collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to solve complex business challenges using Google's latest AI innovations, including Vertex AI and large language models. - Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on GenAI solution delivery
- Partner with enterprise clients to define AI requirements and translate business needs into technical roadmaps
- Drive end-to-end deployment of GenAI applications on Google Cloud infrastructure
- Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, architectural decisions, and process improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge Google AI technologies into client environments
- Establish KPIs for AI solution performance and continuously optimize system capabilities
- Represent Google's technical vision in client-facing engagements and industry forums
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record deploying production AI/ML systems at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in generative AI technologies, LLMs, and MLOps practices
- Strong proficiency with Google Cloud AI/ML stack (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, etc.)
- Experience managing remote/distributed engineering teams across global timezones
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
