Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of international shipments via sea, air, and land.
- Prepare, verify, and process accurate shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and resolving logistics queries.
- Support project logistics operations, including route surveys and heavy lift coordination.
- Optimize shipping costs by negotiating with carriers and consolidating shipments where possible.
- Maintain precise records within the company's logistics management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or shipping is preferred; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian customs regulations and international trade terms (Incoterms).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
