Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert, personalized consultations to help customers select fragrances that align with their personal style and occasions.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, including perfume notes, family types, and the unique brand story of our collections.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional boutique environment.
- Manage stock levels, ensure displays are visually appealing, and uphold strict store hygiene and presentation standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and suggestive selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback to improve service quality and retention.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback with grace and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in beauty or retail is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in perfume sales or premium retail environments is a significant advantage.
- Possess a genuine passion for fragrance and luxury products with an ability to communicate complex scents articulately.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- A well-groomed, professional appearance that reflects our brand image.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a target-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
