Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and secure new franchise partners across Kelantan’s logistics sector
- Develop and execute franchise acquisition strategies aligned with regional market dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure business growth
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify expansion opportunities and competitive landscapes
- Present compelling franchise proposals and negotiate favorable terms with prospective partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operational support for new franchises
- Monitor franchise performance metrics and implement growth strategies to exceed targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years in sales, business development, or franchise management
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Deep understanding of Kelantan’s business ecosystem and logistics sector
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license and willingness for local travel
