- Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies to identify and onboard qualified partners
- Manage end-to-end franchisee relationships, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational protocols
- Provide comprehensive operational support and guidance to franchisees for sustained business growth
- Monitor franchise performance, conduct compliance audits, and implement improvement initiatives
- Facilitate training programs and knowledge transfer to enhance franchisee capabilities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise management or business development
- Proven track record in franchise recruitment, onboarding, and support
- Strong understanding of franchise legal frameworks and operational best practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
