- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple franchise locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Monitor and enforce brand standards across all franchise stores to maintain consistency in customer experience
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Train and support franchise owners and store managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance
- Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for franchise locations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations management or franchise supervision
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train franchise owners and store managers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions
- Deep knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service standards
