Are you a seasoned relationship builder with a passion for the food and beverage industry? Fredley Food and Beverages, established in 2014 by visionary entrepreneur Avin Ong, is seeking a dynamic Franchise Relations Manager to join our rapidly growing team in the Philippines.
Since our inception, Fredley has become a powerhouse in the local hospitality scene, known for bringing innovative culinary experiences to Filipinos. As our Franchise Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between the corporate office and our expanding network of franchise partners. Your mission is to foster strong, profitable, and collaborative relationships that ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all our locations.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in multi-unit management, franchise operations, and stakeholder communication. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards that define our brands while supporting our franchisees to achieve their business goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor franchisee performance, ensuring compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide strategic business support to franchisees to optimize profitability and store efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to roll out new initiatives and promotions across the franchise network.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate store performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Resolve conflict and address operational challenges promptly to minimize service disruptions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on network growth, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise management, account management, or multi-unit operations within the F&B/Retail industry.
- Deep understanding of franchise agreements, operational compliance, and business development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to visit franchise locations.
