- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with franchise partners to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
- Conduct regular franchise performance reviews and provide actionable insights for business growth
- Oversee franchise onboarding processes including training, compliance, and operational support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute franchise-specific promotional campaigns
- Resolve operational challenges and address franchisee concerns proactively
- Monitor franchise KPIs and implement strategies to optimize performance metrics
- Identify new franchise opportunities and support territory expansion initiatives
- Facilitate communication between corporate headquarters and franchise operators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise management or business development
- Proven track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of franchise legal frameworks and operational standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze business data and develop growth strategies
- Experience in the Philippine food and beverage industry preferred
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving methodologies
