As a Franchise Sales Associate, you will be responsible for navigating the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring that we meet and exceed our quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting market research to identify high-potential leads, presenting our franchise opportunities to prospective clients, and negotiating terms that are mutually beneficial. You will work closely with our management team to refine sales strategies and develop compelling sales pitches. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and qualify potential franchise leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital research.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our franchise model.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close franchise deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospects, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail, import/export, or franchise industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required for client meetings.
- Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
