As we expand our operations in Taytay, Rizal, we are seeking an experienced leader to head our Fraud and Dispute team.

Role Overview
As the Fraud and Dispute Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations of representatives handling fraud detection and dispute resolution. Your leadership will ensure cases are managed with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while also driving team performance through coaching and strategic improvements. This role is key to safeguarding customer trust and reducing financial exposure.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of fraud and dispute specialists to meet performance targets and quality standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of fraud investigations and dispute cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Analyze fraud patterns and dispute data to identify risks and recommend preventive actions.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and other departments to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports on case outcomes, operational metrics, and emerging trends.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of experience in fraud detection, dispute resolution, or related field within a BPO or financial services environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in fraud detection tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work full-time onsite in Taytay, Rizal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
