As a Freelance Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic trajectory of our students. You will move beyond simple instruction, acting as a mentor who identifies individual learning styles, addresses knowledge gaps, and fosters a genuine love for learning. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality academic tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
- Develop and customize effective teaching materials and lesson plans.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Identify specific areas of difficulty and implement targeted interventions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and (where applicable) guardians regarding academic development.
- Create an encouraging and positive learning environment that fosters student confidence.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and paces.
- Participate in periodic feedback sessions to refine teaching strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a reputable university (Education or related fields preferred).
- Strong mastery of subject matter (STEM, Languages, or Humanities).
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about student success.
- Reliable access to a stable internet connection for potential online sessions and teaching resources.
