Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate basketball training programs focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning
- Conduct regular practice sessions, team meetings, and competitive matches while maintaining high safety standards
- Identify and develop individual player strengths through personalized coaching plans and performance tracking
- Coordinate team logistics including equipment management, travel arrangements, and tournament participation
- Foster inclusive team environments emphasizing sportsmanship, resilience, and cross-cultural collaboration
- Collaborate with athletic department staff on program development, scheduling, and seasonal planning
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes and parents
- Stay current with evolving coaching techniques and youth sports best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of basketball coaching experience with youth or school-level teams
- Relevant coaching certification (e.g., FIBA, Basketball Association of Singapore, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of basketball fundamentals, rules, and competitive strategies
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to mentor adolescents from diverse backgrounds
- First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for competitions and events
- Passion for integrating sports education with character development and academic excellence
- Proficiency in performance tracking tools and sports analytics software
