AMI Financial Solutions is currently overseeing a prestigious luxury villa development project located in the heart of Mengwi, Bali. We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Freelance Construction Project Manager to serve as our eyes and ears on the ground. This is a critical role for a detail-oriented professional who excels at quality control, milestone verification, and ensuring adherence to international construction standards.
As our independent representative, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections at key project phases, reviewing material quality, and ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within technical specifications. This position offers the perfect opportunity for a seasoned construction expert residing in Bali to leverage their technical expertise on a flexible, project-based basis.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of tropical architecture, high-end finishing standards, and local procurement processes. You will act as the bridge between the development vision and the on-site execution, providing unbiased, professional reports to our financial team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress against the project schedule and construction milestones.
- Perform quality control audits on structural works, electrical, plumbing, and aesthetic finishes.
- Ensure that all on-site construction practices comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Monitor the quality of materials used and verify they match the specified project standards.
- Provide detailed, objective site reports including progress photos, potential risk assessments, and delay warnings.
- Facilitate communication between the local contractors and AMI Financial Solutions to resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Review and validate milestone invoices for works completed on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably in villa or luxury resort developments.
- Strong technical background in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, tropical building techniques, and architectural finishing in Bali.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between local labor and international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawings, and project scheduling software.
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Resident of Bali with reliable personal transport to the Mengwi area.
