Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for consultative sales? Seven Retail Group is seeking a dynamic Freelance Education Consultant to join the team representing Sparks Education in the BSD area. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our premium educational services and families looking to unlock their children's full potential.
As an Education Consultant, you won't just be closing deals; you will be acting as a trusted advisor to parents, helping them navigate educational pathways and identifying the best programs to support their child's growth. You will be responsible for managing leads, delivering impactful presentations, and driving cross-selling initiatives to meet regional targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Conduct professional consultations with parents to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable Sparks Education programs.
- Manage the end-to-end lead conversion process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Deliver engaging presentations regarding curriculum benefits and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Implement cross-selling initiatives to promote additional workshops and advanced educational modules.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and clear communication.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales, educational services, or customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and achieve performance-based targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building trust with parents.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate parent consultation schedules.
