Are you a passionate educational professional with a knack for sales and relationship management? Seven Retail Group is looking for a dynamic Freelance Education Consultant to join the Sparks Education team in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our world-class educational programs and parents seeking the best academic future for their children.
You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by identifying potential leads, conducting professional consultations, and converting interest into enrollment. If you are highly motivated, enjoy working in a target-oriented environment, and have a deep interest in the education sector, we want to hear from you. You will be provided with the training and resources needed to represent the Sparks Education brand effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective cross-selling strategies to maximize program enrollment.
- Proactively follow up with warm leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct professional, empathetic consultations with parents to understand their children's educational needs.
- Present Sparks Education curricula and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of student registrations and parent inquiries in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, education consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building rapport with parents.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian education landscape.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
- Residency in or around Jakarta Selatan is highly preferred.
