Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver interactive educational presentations to student groups in schools across Pekanbaru and Riau
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and education stakeholders
- Promote Skole Indonesia's educational programs and services to drive student enrollment
- Develop and execute school outreach strategies aligned with regional education goals
- Collect and analyze student/school feedback to refine presentation approaches
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve regional enrollment targets
- Stay updated on local education trends to tailor presentations effectively
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in education, marketing, or business
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer experience, preferably in education or B2B sectors
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with audience engagement expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and meet targets
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Validated experience in school outreach or education sector engagement
